Your mission will be to lead people, not manage them. Simply leading the team and helping it develop and become self-sufficent.

What challenge are you facing?

Finding bottlenecks and solving them beyond the purview of development, all the way from business to delivery to clients. Microservice implementation using Mongo, Redis, Elastic, PgSQL, TypeScript, PHP and more. It is an endless story like everywhere else - Technical Debt and monitoring because it is impossible to track everything.

What can you expect?

Implementation of ideas in the development process, not only in the team, but also across the company and toward clients. Optimization of SCRUM, development, technology or engineering.

But also:

  • Leading the team in regards to estimations, planning and implementation

  • Supervising and optimizing team ceremonies

  • The development will still be an integral part of your work

Co se týká technologií, je to 90% o PHP. Co se týká vedení lidí, počítej s tím, že 80% času padne na rozvoj týmu a 20% na tvoji vlastní realizaci.

Who will you work with?

With your team on delivering new product functionalities but also across the company with other teams (both back-end and front-end teams) on final product delivery.

Must have skills:

  • Experience leading people or their management like leading, coaching, managing, mentoring. We distinguish among those very clearly.

  • PHP, design patterns and design is your cup of tea

  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and anything related to TypeScript

  • Automated testing (Unit, Functional)

  • Experience and compliance with coding standards, code and standards analysis (PSR, phpstan, codesniffer, conventions, ...)

Nice to have experience – but we can teach you:

  • SOLID, DDD, TDD, Hexagon Architecture

  • Automated testing (smoke, regression, e2e)

  • Knowledge of Bash, Linux, Docker, CI & CD
